• to avoid discoloration keep the maximum grinding temperature at 200º
• the peripheral speed of the grinding disc/tape between 20 and 80 m/s
• for rough grinding the grain size should be ca. 40, and the peripheral speed 25-60 m/s,
• for finish grinding the grain size should be 80-120, and the peripheral speed 12-15 m/s
