To perform the cutting service we need your order appended with a set of technical drawings provided in print or computer files in the CAD format (.dwg or .dxf). The files can be delivered on a floppy disk or CD, or e-mailed.

Under the laser cutting method the material is split in the process of its local melting and evaporation. The cutting blade is the energy of the laser beam, and the thermal impact on the material is limited to a highly restricted area. The method enables reaching high speed combined with extreme precision of the cutting. The edges are of such high quality that no additional labour consuming machining is necessary. The solution saves time and money.
The laser technology enables cutting any shapes, no matter how complicated. In the process, the details can be equipped with elements helpful in further processing, i.e. inlets, outlets, engraved lines, processing points, and the like. The method enables elimination of the costly tool production and guarantees the ideally repetitive pattern irrespective of the size of the production series. The cutter’s special software allows for optimal arrangement of the templates on the sheet, which reduces the wastes to the minimum. At the present moment we have 4 numerically controlled laser cutters (CNC).
